People are idiots, especially those working in child support areas. All they want to do is make SOMEBODY responsible so they can say they've done their jobs. It's no different than jailing someone for something THEY didn't do, but convicted because some gung-ho prosecutor just wanted a conviction, another notch on their belt. This happens at an alarming rate in this country, so when someone REQUESTS a DNA test, they should be entitled to it at all times. If someone doesn't want to allow it, then to me there are red lights and flashing bells going off saying there's something wrong with that picture.
